CINCINNATI (WKRC) – A Rumpke driver was hospitalized following a crash on I-75 Tuesday.
It happened around 5 a.m. on I-75 near Ezzard Charles Drive.
Images from the scene appear to show a truck on its side and a crumbled median barrier, with concrete fragments spilled near the roadway.
In a statement, Rumpke spokesperson Molly Yeager confirmed that the Rumpke truck was the only vehicle involved in the crash, adding that the driver was taken to UC Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
“Our thoughts are with him as he receives treatment,” Yeager said, adding that the company was working with the Cincinnati Police Department to conduct a thorough investigation and clean up the scene as quickly as possible…
