Study finds that crafting activities can be linked to improved mental health

CINCINNATI (WKRC) – Engaging in creative activities such as crafting can significantly enhance mental well-being, according to a new study published in Frontiers in Public Health.

“It really feels awesome, I’ve never been in a situation like this and just to see all this come together,” said volunteer Gwen Gibson.

The research highlights that crafting not only provides meaningful spaces for expression but also instills a sense of achievement.
