NORTH HIGHLANDS, Calif. — A man in a wheelchair was killed after being struck by a vehicle in Sacramento County early Saturday morning, according to California Highway Patrol.
The man was hit in the area of Watt Avenue and Roseville Road in North Highlands at 5:29 a.m.
CHP said the man in the wheelchair was in his late 20s. His identity has not yet been released…
