Louisiana Tech rallies to force overtime, but fumble leads to loss against Tulsa

RUSTON – Louisiana Tech overcame a double-digit deficit in the fourth quarter, but the Bulldogs ended up falling to Tulsa in overtime by a final score of 23-20 on Saturday night inside Joe Aillet Stadium.

LA Tech (1-2) used three different quarterbacks throughout the game. And it was a pair of redshirt freshmen – Blake Baker and Evan Bullock – each led touchdown drives in the fourth quarter.

The QB changes was to try to find a spark offensively. Down 17-7 heading into the final stanza, the offense had only 155 total yards and was just 1-of-9 on third down…
