Flint, MI — Mayor Sheldon Neeley avoids another recall attempt while a petition filed to launch efforts to remove Flint City Councilman Dennis Pfieffer was approved.
The Genesee County Board of Election Commissioners voted on Nov. 18, 2024, to move forward with Flint resident Lisa Pasbjerg’s third push to recall Pfieffer.
In a previous interview with Flint Beat, Psabjerg said, “He’s really been rather obstructionist. He’s not gotten a lot done for the 8th ward…We want to see the city council getting things done and not sitting around squabbling over silly things.”…
