In field hockey, the penalty corner is a time for the offense to capitalize and score goals, but on Friday the Michigan field hockey team struggled greatly with this task.

The seventh-ranked Wolverines faced off against No. 1 Northwestern in hopes to take home the Big Ten regular season title but fell short to the Wildcats in overtime, failing to convert on three of their four offensive corners.
