Lima One Capital has pulled out of the $1.1 billion County Square redevelopment in Greenville.
The Greenville-based real estate lender was set to be the anchor tenant for the development, investing $51.4 million into the project. However, the company decided to pull out of the lease due to the project’s slower development pace, according to a statement released by Lima One.
“To ensure continuity of our business operations and provide an exciting new headquarters for our employees, we felt it necessary to terminate the lease at County Square and explore alternatives,” according to the statement…
