APOPKA, Fla. – The roof of a home in Apopka was torn off Thursday evening as heavy winds blew through the area, just hours ahead of Hurricane Helene’s landfall in Florida.
News 6 reporter Treasure Roberts visited the home shortly afterward, discovering that wind had taken the roof off the mobile home.
