CLEVELAND, Ohio — The National Weather Service in Cleveland says Northeast Ohio will be under an extreme cold watch from Monday through Wednesday.
The watch is in effect from 1 a.m. Monday through 10 a.m. Wednesday and affects Cuyahoga, Ashtabula, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, Medina, Portage and Summit counties.
