CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The Cleveland man convicted of murdering five people, including, a pregnant 18-year-old, on Cleveland’s East Side in 2019, was sentenced Monday by Judge Ashley Kilbane to life in prison without parole.
On Sept. 16, Terrell Silver, 35, was found guilty by a jury on the following charges:
- Seven counts aggravated murder
- Four counts murder
- Five counts felonious assault
- One count attempted murder
- One count aggravated burglary
Silver was found guilty by the judge on the following charges:
- Two counts of having weapons under disability
According to Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Michael O’Malley, Silver entered a home near East 144th Street and Kinsman Road between Sept. 7, 2019 and Sept. 21, 2019.
Once inside the home, Silver allegedly shot all four victims multiple times as they were laying on mattresses on the floor.
