CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — A couple of homeowners in Chattanooga say this is not a good sign.
The couple is raising concerns after discovering that a homeowner’s association staked their property for a sign ‘without proper notification.’
“At no point did anyone tell us we were losing our rights,” Betsy Samuel said about how the Drake Forest Homeowners Association (HOA) changed the look of their property.
