JACKSON COUNTY, Iowa — A Jackson County bridge has been closed indefinitely following a failed inspection.
The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office made a Facebook post on Tuesday, Jan. 7 stating that the Morehead Bridge, spanning over the Maquoketa River just east of the intersection of 74th Street and 82nd Avenue, is closed until further notice.
