Pritzker announces state tax extensions for residents, business owners affected by July storms

(25News Now) – Residents and business owners affected by severe weather in July will be getting a reprieve.

Governor JB Pritzker and the Illinois Department of Revenue said affected taxpayers in Fulton, Cook, Henry, St. Clair, Washington, Will and Winnebago counties will have until Feb. 3, 2025, to file various state individual and business tax returns and make tax payments.
