ACCOKEEK, Md. – Authorities are investigating an incident in Prince George’s County where a gun was pulled on a group of high school students waiting for a bus, resulting in at least one shot being fired and a student being robbed of his designer shoes.
The robbery occurred on Thursday morning at a bus stop at Xander Street and Livingston Road in Accokeek. According to FOX 5’s Melanie Alnwick, a group of students was waiting for the bus around 6:30 a.m. when a blue Hyundai approached. A person exited the vehicle and demanded two boys in the group hand over their Lanvin sneakers.
A nearby Ring camera captured the sound of a single gunshot being fired, causing the students to scatter and run to their homes. One boy was robbed of his sneakers, which his mother said he had saved up for from his summer jobs. The second boy managed to keep his shoes. Online, some Lanvin sneakers are sold for over $1000.…
