LANCASTER CITY, Pa. (WHP) — A Lancaster City teenanger has been charged with homicide following a fatal 2024 crash, according to the Lancaster County District Attorney.
The 17-year-old juvenile was charged with homicide by vehicle along with several traffic charges stemming from the April 2024 crash.
