CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM)– A Millersville man was arrested Tuesday for allegedly raping and threatening a Cumberland County hotel employee.
Lower Allen Township Police issued an arrest warrant for the suspect, 28-year-old Michael Cates, in August 2024.
