ATOKA, Tenn. — Police in Atoka, Tennessee are piecing together a case of road rage on Saturday that left one victim stabbed and another hospitalized.
“I’ve had a lot of people come in here today asking me, ‘Hey, do you know what happened?’ and I don’t,” Doug Carver said.
