In a notable case of financial fraud that has drawn to a close in Colorado, Yamany Guerra-Pena, a 36-year-old Cuban national residing in Miami, Florida, was handed a 55-month prison sentence for a scheme involving credit card skimming, identity theft, and transporting stolen goods, particularly within the Colorado Springs area.
