MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. ( DC News Now ) – Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) reopened Thursday after a two-hour delay and some parents believe that the doors should have remained closed.
Parents said due to the icy road and sidewalk conditions, it was not safe enough for students to return to school. Other parents said the school district made the right call.
