RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WACH) — Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott announced that a 13-year-old has been arrested in connection to the shooting death of K9 Bumi.
Around 3:30 p.m. RCSD fugitive task force and the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department arrested a 13-year-old at his home without an incident.
