JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ohio — The Ohio Department of Transportation has had several projects ongoing in the Ohio Valley, and as construction season comes to a wrap, how are they coming along?
The 4th Street Bridge Project in Toronto that began about a year ago is set to be completed next week.
“This is a bridge rehabilitation project that included some deck repairs and abutment work,” ODOT District 11 Spokesperson Lauren Borrell said. “We did some repair work to the beams and the approaches to the bridge. Some wrap up work that needs to take place before we open the bridge to traffic and that will include some guardrail work and paving.”…
