UPDATE: A 4-month-old boy, who was the focus of a statewide endangered missing child advisory, has been located and is safe, Columbus police said Wednesday night.
Kesean Bailey and his mother, Kristin Bailey, were found, just after 9 p.m. in the 1700 block of West Mound Street, the police division said.
