Multiple harsh weather events over the past two months have led to an influx of people using the Homeless Coalition of Southern Indiana ’s white flag shelter.
But the organization’s director said if they don’t get more funding, they might not be able to finish out this season, and if they don’t get more support from municipalities, won’t be able to open next fall.
