Ohio State has landed a key commitment when four-star guard Daria Biriuk.
Biriuk cut her list of potential programs down to just three schools this week, naming Mississippi State and Vanderbilt and the Ohio State Buckeyes as her finalists.
Biriuk both visited Mississippi State and Vanderbilt before heading to Ohio state at the beginning of September. Although she stated that all three of these programs were serious contenders for her, Biriuk’s had a very strong official visit to Columbus that left a lasting impression on her. That stop at Ohio State’s campus ultimately gave coach Kevin McGruff and his staff the push they needed to land the 6-1 guard from Ukraine…
