FORECAST DISCUSSION:

Good Friday Evening,

After the warmest day of the year with highs in the lower 40s, we will have a slight cool down this evening, as temps will fall into the lower 30s this evening ahead of midnight. Temps will start to rise after midnight, as more clouds and rain start to move up into our area. Rain will be around through the morning with temps back into the upper 30s during the morning. Temps will start to slowly fall after noon on Saturday as rain showers will taper down, ending with some wet snow showers possible later afternoon.

Sunday expect a cooler start to the day, with snow showers falling across the area, with higher totals possible in the far southeast as that area will be the on fringe of a system going up the east coast. Highs will top in the lower 20s only on Sunday. Sunday night wind chills will plunge as actual air temps fall to near zero. Wind chills will fall into the negative mid teens…
