Last Saturday, a routine traffic stop in Redwood City led to the arrest of a 25-year-old Emeryville man. A Redwood City Police officer spotted a vehicle code violation and pulled over a Chevrolet Impala near El Camino Real and Renato Court. The stop, which transpired around 1:40 AM, quickly escalated when the officer noticed what appeared to be an illegal substance on the car’s center console.
