‘Armed and dangerous’ man accused of shooting into occupied vehicle in Rowan County arrested: Sheriff

ROWAN COUNTY, N.C. ( QUEEN CITY NEWS ) — A man accused of shooting into an occupied vehicle in Rowan County has been arrested and charged, deputies say.

On Mar. 19, detectives obtained arrest warrants for Joseph Parham Jr. , who allegedly fired into an occupied vehicle back on Sides Road in Salisbury back in February.
