The forecast is going to be a bit warm today, with high temperatures climbing near the 80 degree mark! Despite the warmth, we actually will not be seeing a lot of sunshine today. However, a strong southwesterly breeze today will be the aid in getting temperatures to rise quickly through the afternoon.
Wildfire danger remains elevated today but will start to decrease for Sunday and into early next week due to much-needed rain chances.
Sunday will start with a few showers, but most will remain dry until the afternoon hours. That is when another round of showers and storms will move into the region. Expect a brief downpour or two on Sunday afternoon and evening, possibly a clap of thunder as well. High temperatures will rise into the low to mid-70s on Sunday!…
