CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – Surveillance video captured a head-on crash during a 45-minute street takeover near Uptown earlier this month.
The takeover happened around 9 p.m. on Saturday, March 1, in a parking lot along North Graham Street near West 24th Street.
