Sep. 19—A former Concord special education teacher convicted of sexual assaults involving a then-middle school student in Massachusetts has been indicted 39 times in Merrimack County.
Primo “Howie” Leung, 41, faces charges of aggravated sexual assault and sexual assault on someone between the ages of 13 and 15. He is also charged with criminal restraint, witness tampering and falsifying physical evidence.
