A Texas family is grappling with frustration and grief after a mix-up at a funeral home left them questioning the handling of their loved one’s remains.
Nineteen-year-old Kenneth Thomas was killed during a robbery on August 26. In the aftermath of his death, his family requested that Oasis Funeral and Cremation in Aldine, Texas save some of his hair before his cremation.
