LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KAIT) – Arkansas State Police have canceled an AMBER Alert for an abducted Pulaski County infant.
Investigators said 22-year-old Grover JackKellum Key, III, fled with 11-month-old Khamari Key following an altercation with the child’s mother.
