Horry County man threw out Glock with switch during high-speed chase, police say

HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – A Longs man is out on bond after police said he threw out a Glock with a switch attachment during a high-speed chase.

A police report shows an officer with the Horry County Police Department tried to pull over a car around 4:40 a.m. Sunday on Highway 501 for failing to dim high beams.

But the man police said was driving the car, 23-year-old TeJuan Wilson, acted like he was about to pull over and then kept going west down the highway toward Conway, eventually reaching speeds over 90 miles per hour, according to the report…
