CONWAY, S.C. (WPDE) — A man is behind bars after Conway police say he assaulted two people at Walmart.
According to the police report, the victims said they were waiting in the checkout line at the Walmart on Church Street on New Year’s Eve when they asked the suspect what lane he was in. The victims said the suspect responded to them with profanity.
Then, during checkout, one of the victims said the suspect hit them with a bag of frozen pizza rolls. The victim reportedly responded in self-defense but said he was taken to the ground by the suspect…
