HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — A woman was arrested during a traffic stop in Horry County in the Little River section for possession with intent to distribute cocaine, according to the report.
While in the area of Highway 31 and Robert Edge Parkway, officials observed a vehicle that failed to stop at the red light at the exit ramp, and a traffic stop was conducted.
