KEMPNER — Concerned Kempner residents flooded the city council chambers Tuesday night to communicate the many water problems they face to the council and special guests State Representatives David Spiller and Brad Buckley.
Attendance was overflowing as many concerned residents stood in the hallway waiting to address the council and state representatives.
