MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Memphis police are asking for the public’s help to crack a cold case.
A little over two years ago, 26-year-old Ragan Martin was shot and killed on I-240. There have been no charges in the case. Memphis Police released a video recap of the case Wednesday in hopes of drumming up some leads.
