CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — A 36-year-old Corpus Christi man is dead after an accident on Hwy. 359 shut down the roadway for several hours Wednesday morning.
Authorities said the accident took place when 19-year-old Andrew Hinojosa of Alice failed to remain in the northbound lane of the highway while travelling in a red Ford F-250.
That’s when Hinojosa hit the 36-year-old, Francisco Costilla, and his 17-year-old passenger, Santos Garcia, according to authorities with DPS. The pair, both from Corpus Christi, were travelling southbound in a Chevrolet Silverado on the same highway…
