After transitioning to private chef from nanny, she and best friend Nikki Oliveira Nix (both Johnson & Wales University grads) founded Feast & Fettle, a gourmet meal delivery company back in 2016. They operated their service out of Hope & Main , the culinary business incubator in Warren.
