Fish Co. is one of several establishments across the country that got slapped with a lawsuit this week, as they are accused of not having the proper licensing for some songs performed during a karaoke night.
The lawsuit alleges “The Thunder Rolls” by Garth Brooks , “I Want Her” by Keith Sweat, and “Too Close” by Next were performed during a karaoke night in May.
But ASCAP claims Fish Co. didn’t have the proper licensing for those songs…
