A 15-year-old boy has been arrested for stealing a vehicle, crashing into a patrol car, and striking a pedestrian, according to Baltimore Police.
Around 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, officers located a vehicle that had been stolen in a carjacking on Friday.
The vehicle struck a patrol car while trying to flee from the authorities, according to police.
