NASHVILLE, Tenn. — The Tennessee Department of Transportation announced Monday the winning entry for its competition challenging people to come up with their best holiday safety message.
The transportation department said it received more than 1,000 entries and hundreds of votes in its 2024 “Make Travel Bright” safety sign content. The winning entry was the message, “He sees you when you’re speeding.”
TDOT said the message will be displayed on dynamic message signs across Tennessee, urging people to follow the speed limit, drive safely and practice some extra patience while they travel to visit family and enjoy the holidays…
