The public can weigh in on NIPSCO’s proposed 22% electric rate hike, which will cost consumers an estimated $32 more per month, at an upcoming public hearing in Valparaiso.
The Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission, which regulates utilities and sets their rates, will host a public field hearing at 6 p.m. Nov. 26 in the auditorium at Ivy Tech Community CollegeāValparaiso Campus, 3100 Ivy Tech Drive.
