WASHINGTON (7News) — After recent high-profile crimes involving juveniles, 7News On Your Side had an opportunity to ask Maryland Secretary of Juvenile Services Vincent Schiraldi about his office’s handling of cases regarding juveniles under electronic monitoring or formerly in their care.
