AUBURN, Ala. (WTVM) – A man has been charged in connection with an Auburn rape investigation that began over the summer.
Elliot Jarvis Brown, 40, of Dacula, Georgia, was arrested Thursday and charged with first-degree rape.
According to police, Brown’s arrest follows a report of a possible sexual assault that happened on June 27.
