Paxton challenges Texas State Fair firearms ban again after appeals court decision

AUSTIN (KXAN) — In a petition filed Wednesday, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton challenged the Texas State Fair firearms ban.

Previously, a Texas appeals court denied Paxton’s request to temporarily block the State Fair of Texas’ policy.
