Suspect arrested out-of-state in connection with fatal Arlington nightclub shooting: police

A 28-year-old has been arrested out-of-state in connection with a fatal shooting that killed one man outside an Arlington nightclub in November, police said.

Luigin Alberto Perez-Millan has been charged with murder and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, Arlington police said in a news release. He’s being held at the Seward County Detention Center in Nebraska while he waits extradition back to Texas.
