CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — The Chattanooga Mocs Blue Team secured a 4-3 win over Gold Thursday night at Frost Stadium to claim the 2024 Blue-Gold Series title with a bases loaded sac fly.
In the seventh inning with one out, Kailey Snell singled to second and Camryn Cernuto hit a hot shot to the short stop to put runners on first and second. Acelynn Sellers loaded the bases on a single to right and Shayna Glass was the hero for the second night with a sac fly to left field, scoring Snell to put the Mocs up 4-3 in the seventh inning.
Blue had nine hits on the night. Snell and Cernuto each went 3-for-4 with an RBI. Snell scored two runs, Cernuto one and Grace Hixson also scored one and went 1-for-2 on the night…
