Woodbury man found asleep at wheel with baby, drugs in the car arrested

WOODBURY, Conn. (WTNH) — A man was arrested at the intersection of Joshua Hill Road and Tuttle Road in Woodbury after he was found asleep and in possession of narcotics at the wheel of a car with a baby in the rear passenger seat, police said.

According to state police, at around 3:10 p.m. on Wednesday, officers found the suspect “unresponsive” and slumped over the wheel at a stop sign in a Honda with a 6-month-old in the car.
