Two pedestrians, one who is a minor, were struck by a vehicle that fled the scene in Boston’s Roxbury neighborhood Saturday night, and officials say one of the victims has since died from their injuries.
Boston police said officers first responded to 1829 Washington Street around 8:30 p.m. for a report of two people hit by a vehicle. Both victims were taken to the hospital, with one said to be in serious condition.
Later Saturday night, a spokesperson for the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office said one of the victims had died. Officials haven’t specified if the adult or minor victim succumbed to their injuries, and their name was not immediately released…
